Precision Well Service, Inc. is a family-owned and operated well-servicing company that has proudly served the oil and gas industry since 1978. Based in northeastern Wyoming, we specialize in the repair, maintenance, and servicing of oil wells throughout the Powder River Basin. For nearly five decades, we have earned the trust of more than 60 customers by providing dependable equipment, experienced crews, and responsive field service.

The company’s longevity and reputation are rooted in knowledgeable leadership and a practical understanding of the oilfield. President and owner Daniel Lass has been with Precision Well Service for 48 years and possesses extensive knowledge of workover rigs, well-servicing operations, and the oil and gas industry. Although now retired from daily operations, Daniel remains involved in a consulting role, continuing to provide valuable guidance and experience to the company.

Vice President of Operations Thomas Lass plays a central role in the continued success of Precision Well Service. He oversees day-to-day field operations, equipment maintenance, employee safety, and the successful completion of each project. His hands-on leadership, strong relationships with customers and employees, and respected reputation within the local oil and gas industry help ensure that every job is completed safely, efficiently, and professionally.

Jennifer Hachez serves as Vice President of Finance and Managing Director and has been an important member of the company since 2003. With a bachelor’s degree in business management, Jennifer oversees the company’s accounting and financial responsibilities. She also contributes to strategic planning and supports the daily administrative and operational needs that keep Precision Well Service organized, financially sound, and positioned for continued success.

Sales and Safety Manager Jordan Ebner has been an integral part of the Precision Well Service team for more than 14 years. As a Certified Safety Professional and Certified Instructional Trainer, Jordan oversees customer relations, employee training, and the company’s safety programs. His dedication to employees, customers, and traditional oilfield values has made him a trusted leader both in the office and in the field.

Together, the company’s leadership and field personnel share a commitment to safety, integrity, reliability, and quality workmanship.
